This looks delish...I will try it out. Just that I don't know if I can find the chocolate suprise to put at the center of the cookie. Any idea what else I can use if I don't get it. Thanks

I have been making these for years..my shortcut is To buy a roll of peanut butter cookies, cut each roll into three equal pieces, cut each third into three equal pieces, then quarter each slice and place in . Mini cupcake pans. One roll makes 36 cookies. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven. while still in pan place a peanut butter cup. Let cookies cool before removing dorm pan.

I have been making these cookies for over 20 years. Everyone loves them. This is a Pam Traversey-Gregor Christmas cookie gift. This is a very old treat. Given to me from Kitty DeWilde. Thank you and enjoy the cookies.

I make these but with a brownie mix and everyone goes crazy for them. Just make the brownie mix as directed, fill lightly greased mini muffin tins 2/3 full, bake at 350 for 15 min. As soon as they come out of the oven, push a mini peanut butter cup in each one, then let them cool for 15 min. Remove from tins by running a knife around the edge of each muffin. Finish cooling on a wire rack. Soooo good!
