please explain how much butter to use and for how long the dough be in oven.it looks easy n simple with Demo u show but ingredients arent given properly

Just used this for individual meat pies and it was fabulous! Everyone raved about how light, delicate and flaky the crust was. Note: I did not refrigerate the dough. Also, if your crust comes out tough, you're either kneading/mixing too much or rolling it out more than once. Thanks so much for this video!

It looks like not overblending could be the secret to a good pie dough. Also, I usually don't refrigerate. I think I'll try that too!
