Just used this for individual meat pies and it was fabulous! Everyone raved about how light, delicate and flaky the crust was. Note: I did not refrigerate the dough. Also, if your crust comes out tough, you're either kneading/mixing too much or rolling it out more than once. Thanks so much for this video!
