Hummus III

Not only the ingredients listed above, but I use some roasted red peppers-either from a jar, or roast them yourself, pealing the skins off the peppers, and 2 tablespoons Cumin,and 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper.Blend very well using a food processor, or hand mixer. My recipe is Israeli and is so very good. Try it;-) Stacy's Naked Chips are fabulous with it. Makes a great gift too.
