It would be much easier to work with (mixing during baking) if you poured the coated popcorn into a large foil roasting pan instead of the small brownie-type pans used in the video. You'll have room to stir and get it all coated nicely without having to corral it to keep it from spilling over the sides.

You could probably eat it without baking it, but I think that the popcorn would be soft and chewy instead of crispy.
