I like to beat until smooth first. But good taste. my family usually likes the pork raw with some baby carrots and rice though!

I have found that the best to make sure your tenderloin remains juicy is to quickly sear all sides of the meat over the direct flame (30 seconds each side - turning it about 4 times) and then finishing it by using the indirect method.
