I've always wondered what the differences were in ribs. Now I know. I didn't know it was that easy to remove that membrane. I've made ribs before adding a rub and wrapping in foil over night. I then put them in a dry slow cooker still wrapped in foil since it was summer and too hot to run the oven. Then finished on the grill. They turned out nice. I now have a big enough charcoal grill that will allow me to indirect cook. I may try that but I worry about keeping the charcoal going that long.

I love the variety of wonderful recipes, but, I can't find rotisserie recipes. I have a grill where i could rostisser chicken or pork. II would love to experice cooking this way. Thank you!

We recently purchased the infrared turkey fryer. You can cook anything in it including ribs. I would like to know if anyone has tried this and how they turned out? This is a great site, very informative. Thank you
