I learned a couple of things about the cooking of ribs that I'll use! I also wish I could save this video in my recipe box, b/c it'd be convenient to recall.

We recently purchased the infrared turkey fryer. You can cook anything in it including ribs. I would like to know if anyone has tried this and how they turned out? This is a great site, very informative. Thank you

I learned some new tips from this video about how to prepare the ribs and the difference between baby back and spare ribs. However, I had heard on the recipe buzz, that it was better to slow cook them in the oven, first, then finish them on the grill.
