This was pretty good. The soup was light but filling and delicious. It's a Swansons recipe but I always make chicken broth with water and chicken bouillon. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. I cooked the pancetta in a 2nd pan to cut down on the cooking time. I would make this again.
