1 pound Bob Evans® Savory Sage Roll Sausage
4 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

I made this and it turned out very well. I changed a couple things: I used fresh tomatoes and put them in the food processor and I added parmesan cheese as well.
OMG! This recipe is soooo good!!

Very easy and delicious! But it was pretty greasy. I would drain and maybe even rinse the sausage.
