Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch wedges
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) can baked beans
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Add beans and corn; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in vinegar and hot pepper sauce.
