2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1/2 red onion, minced
1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 lime, juiced, or more to taste
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced, or to taste
salt to taste
1/2 tomato, diced (optional)
Giving this a four star rating just because it's not the best BUT it's very good. The feta adds a nice flavor to the guacamole.
This was tasty! I liked the addition of the feta, which set it apart from the others. Made exactly as written. A nice dip, but not 'THE BEST', IMHO...good though! Thanks for sharing. :)
