I liked the combination of ingredients, although I did add some dill pickle to the recipe, plus I like potato salad with more eggs. Two cups of chopped parsley seemed excessive to me, so I just added 2 tablespoons full. I did like the use of Ranch dressing in it. Thanks for the recipe.
