I liked this a lot. I followed some of the alterations for this (half the salt to start, and then the rest to taste; 1/8 cp of olive oil rather than 1/4 cp; 1 lime since they were on the large size; 1 tsp of cumin to start, the rest to taste) and thought it was pretty good. It was really quick to put together. If I were to make any alterations, I'd probably add at least one avocado - bet that'd be tasty - and maybe do half garbanzo beans rather than a full can of black beans. I might also consider adding corn. Anyway, it's a pretty versatile recipe, and leaves a lot of room for personal preference.
