Yellow Squash and Zucchini Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1/2 small head cabbage, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can fat-free chicken broth

Directions

  1. In a large pot place zucchini, yellow squash, cabbage and onion. Pour broth over vegetables and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
