Wow, people actually asked me: " are you sure you're not Italian?" I feel like a pro, I nailed Lasagna on my first try! I wouldn't change a thing, except I used "oven ready" noodles, but that's just me being lazy. I bought 2 of those aluminum lasagna containers which I think was a bit bigger than called for (we're metric here), but it fit like a glove and no cleaning for me! I doubled up on the recipe having a lot of faith in the reviews. I made two, baked one and froze the other. I even had some sauce left over to give my brother. No regrets thank you so much for sharing this.
