This was surprisingly tasty. I didn't have blueberry sausage, so like the first reviewer, I used the apple-gouda chicken sausage from Costco. 10 oz. was about 5 sausage links. I also used 4 eggs instead of the egg substitute. The hardest part was cutting the bread and transferring it to the pan when it had cream cheese on it. If I made it again, I would just cut each slice in half instead of in cubes. I think the egg mixture would still soak in enough, and it would still be easy to cut. Overall, very tasty!
Absolutely delicious! Big hit with friends for brunch today. I actually used Aidells Chicken & apple smoked chicken sausage, and Ezekial bread (sprouted grain bread)....terrific! Will make again and pass along to family.
