Absolutely Awesome! Made this late on a Sunday night and after letting the loaves cool for 10 min, tried a slice. So good I immediately chased it with a second! Tips: 1. Only cook for about 20 min to avoid burning. 2. This recipe will make 2 5x9 loaves or 3 4x8 loaves. (I only have one 5x9 pan, so I used it and a 4x8 and both were overflowing a bit.) 3. I had to ask my mom what "soft dough" meant, she said it means "slightly sticky". If you are using a mixer like I did (Bosch), start with the wire whisks, get everything (including wheat flour) in except the AP flour, then switch to the dough hook and add AP flour until the dough starts to clean the sides of the bowl, then leave it to knead on 1 or 2 for 10 minutes (I left it on level 1).
