Directions

  1. In large saucepan over medium heat, cook onion and garlic in oil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Crumble turkey into saucepan; sprinkle with chili powder, cumin and salt. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, beans, bell pepper and picante sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place tortilla strips on baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown. Ladle chili into bowls. Top with tortilla strips and desired toppings.

great taste. used 99% lean turkey to make even more healthy. used fat free cheese and at free sour cream as condiments. will def make again

Outstanding, I will never make beef chili again. I made two small changes. One was substituting a 4oz. can of mild green chilies for the bell pepper since my husband and I are not bell pepper fans and I add one 15oz. can of drained and rinsed black beans. Delicious!!

Made this for an office function; everyone loved it; the only change I made was adding corn. Delicious & healthy!

Very tasty. I added a package of Trader Joe's succotash to add some additional vegetables.
