crushed oregano, or more to taste
ground black pepper, or to taste
4 (4 ounce) fillets
Cajun seasoning (such as Tony Chachere's), or to taste
Really enjoyed this; however will adjust quantity of wasabi (x 2) next time.
Enjoyed it very much. Easy prep too!
I thought this was fantastic! I love anything wasabi.
I have tried this recipe some time ago, and now I make it almost every week. Excellent recipe but best made as written, using trout and not white fish.
I increased the wasabi as suggested. It was fantastic.
Easy and really enjoyed the wasabi flavour. We had to double the cooking time. Served with Saffron/ Orange Basmati rice...great pairing.
Loved this! We catch a lot of trout and this is a great new way for me to prepare. I agree that the wasabi flavor is mild at this quantity, so add more or enjoy the more subtle taste.
Easy, good flavor. Couldn't really taste wasabi. I doubled recipe, and used tilapia. I would use less soy sauce next time. Also took longer to cook.
