We love all the flavors and the crunch in this one. Let 's see, there are orange sections, cashews, tuna, and ground ginger, and of course a smidgen of mayonnaise and a dash of lemon juice. Makes one big salad.

This is a warm salad - cooked mushrooms poured over mixed greens. The warm mushrooms are supposed to wilt the lettuce a bit. Try to use the pre-packaged mixed colorful lettuce which is sold in Grocery stores. A salad that is done in no time if you want to try something different.

Simple and delicious. If you 've never munched on fennel, than do give this a whirl. A lovely, crisp aromatic taste that 's wonderful paired with oranges. Toss with arugula and add a smattering of poppy seeds.

What a nice, colorful salad. Thick wedges of cooked beets, thinly sliced apples and orange sections are dressed with a delicious vinaigrette and spooned onto a bed of shredded beet greens.
