Directions

  1. Wash hands. Rinse chicken to remove ice glaze. Wash hands.
  2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Add chicken; cook 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and done (internal temp 170 degrees F).
  3. Add water. Bring to a boil; add rice. Cover, remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in salad dressing. Fill each tortilla with lettuce, chicken and rice mixture, tomatoes and croutons. Fold in sides of tortilla and then roll up. Serve with black beans and fresh fruit, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.

My husband loves the ceasar wraps at Red Robins. So I was happy to make them. I still need to find a realy good ceasar dressing. but other then that I loved the idea and combos.thank you

I THOUGHT THIS WAS JUST OKAY...I LIKE WARM CHICKEN RANCH WRAPS ON THIS WEBSITE SOOOO MUCH BETTER.

Quick and easy! I used leftover chicken and rice, one we'll definately have again.

This recipe made a pretty simple meal. The most important thing is to get a really good caesar dressing, because that is where all the flavor comes from. I used a caesar that was kind of watery, but I think this would be delicious with something a little creamier.

Very good! Didnt know if the rice would be good but it was...use crisp lettuce and plenty of dressing. I didnt use fat free Thanks

I love chicken caesar wraps, but I leave out the rice when I make this recipe.

My family prefers the rice and dressing seperate. Dipping the wrap in the dressing is an easy way for everyone to get their desired amount.
