Wow, what a great recipe! I did health it up a little more. I used all whole wheat white flour, I used ground flax seed, organic raisins, bananas, eggs and Nancy's nonfat vanilla yogurt. I did cut the sugars by half because my bananas were REALLY ripe and I added 3/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. I also used pecans because we don't care for walnuts. I made these into muffins and I got 18 large muffins. The smell of these was really out of this world. We haven't tried them yet (they're for snack today/breakfast tomorrow) but I know it's going to be good. Thanks for a healthy recipe that incorporates more flax/oat bran!
