Don't like this recipe. Too thick and heavy (not fluffy) - not enough milk maybe. Lacks taste.

This is the second time I've made these and they are a hit with hubby! I use vanilla almond milk and also add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla. It comes out with great consistency and just the right crisp on the outside. I serve with a side of eggs and it makes about 5 waffles, so we freeze extras if we don't eat them all. They heat up well in the toaster!

Very easy recipe to follow, and very delicious! They are light in texture and both my husband and I loved them! I will be using this recipe every time!
