Original Recipe Yield 3 cups

Ingredients

2 cups cooked Wacky Mac® (prefer Veggie Bows)
1 pound thin asparagus, steamed and cut into bite-size pieces
2 ounces prosciutto, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon crushed, dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 teaspoons chicken broth
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or aged Gouda cheese

Directions

Combine the Wacky Mac, asparagus and prosciutto in a large salad bowl. Stir together oil, oregano, pepper, chicken broth and vinegar in a cup. Pour over the Wacky Mac combination. Toss gently but well. Sprinkle on cheese.
