Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar and baking soda. Add eggs and mix until well blended. Fold in the pineapple, coconut and walnuts. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven. In a medium bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese. Mix in the confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread frosting over cooled cake.

This is one of the best Pineapple Cake's I have ever made. I didn't make any adjustments. It was moist and delicious. It will be in my favorite cake recipes and I will be making it again.

This cake turned out quite dry from what I expected. I don't think I'll try it again. It might have potential for a breakfast cake for those who like not-so-sweet cakes with coffee.

The first time I had eaten this at my brother's house, I just had to have the recipe. It is awsome.

Very nice and easy cake I only have whole wheat flour and i turn out very nice I taste it before I frost it and defenitly needs the frosting.

Very good pineapple cake recipe! It is heavy and moist and very good. Try it as a layer cake with Pineapple Filling from this website. Delicious!

Nice cake went down well with the older members of the family. My mum thought it was lovely.The topping was really yummy.

A very simple and nice cake that I made for a family cookout. It got rave reviews. The combination of pineapple, nuts and coconuts made it very interesting. For my taste, it was a little heavy but I definitely would maje it again.
