This was a hit in my house. I was out of sour cream, so I used low fat mayo instead. The addition of the peppers really stands out in this recipe.

My son can not eat eggs, So for a family get together I made this recipe. I made it as it was written, but no red peppers my son is 2. And both my kids loved it I did also everyone else said it was good. It does not have the flavor of cole slaw I would say its more like a summer salad. I will be making this for years to come.

My DH and I didn't care for this slaw at all. It was too tart with the sour cream and a little bitter. We won't be having this again.

I have made this recipe several times and have gotten tons of compliments on it. I make a few changes and add more red cabbage in exhange for less green, I add chopped carrots, and lighly salted crushed peanuts. All in all it is very simple to make and healthier than most slaws because of the homeade dressing.
