I halfed the recipe, and it still made enough to feed six adults with leftovers! Unless you're feeding a crowd, I suggest cutting the recipe in half. To jazz up the recipe, I sauteed half a large onion, garlic, and some celery in olive oil, then I added the butter, flour, chicken broth, and milk. I then added the turkey right to the pan and warmed everything through. I added to the casserole dish with spaghetti and mixed. I didn't have parmesan cheese so I topped with mozzarella (about 1/2 cup) and some seasoned bread crumbs, and baked at 375 degrees for 35 minutes (it was thick and hot and didn't need more time). It was quite good, not fabulous, but a nice way to use leftover turkey.
