skinless, boneless turkey breast half
Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Filippo Berio Olive Oil plus additional for misting
1 large clove
1 (6 ounce) package
washed baby spinach leaves
ground black pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
I thought this was very good. Easy to make, turkey was very moist, and plenty of leftovers. I split the turkey breast in half and made 2 rolls, ate one for dinner and froze the second one. We will definitely be keeping this recipe
