So yummy! If you don't like spicy, cut back on the hot sauce or use a sauce more to your liking. I followed the recipe, added a grated zucchini and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning. I doubled the topping by adding a bit more brown sugar, a little extra Worcestershire, about 1 T. tomato paste, 1 T. ketchup, and 1/2 tsp mustard. I divided mixture into 12 muffins and baked for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Each muffin is 115 calories. This is a great recipe on it's own or it can be varied to your liking.
