Ohhhh, this is SO good! I used to make a tuna casserole very similar to this years ago for my sons. My oldest son particularly loved my recipe but somehow I lost it after not making it for several years. This one is even better! I substitute celery soup for the mushroom soup and toss in some peas and fresh, diced mushrooms. I also add a little extra milk since the 1 cup doesn't seem quite enough (probably because of my extra ingredients) and a little onion salt. I top it off with Progresso Italian flavored buttered breadcrumbs. Outta this world!
I omit the green pepper and pimentos since I'm not a fan of either.
