Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) can chow mein noodles
  • 1 (6 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup roasted salted cashews
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Measure 1/2 cup of the chow mein noodles and set aside. Combine the remaining noodles, tuna, cashews, celery mushroom soup, and water in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with the 1/2 cup of noodles you set aside.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, about 30 minutes.

Used broken up ramen noodles instead of the canned chow mein ones and added corn to the mix....
