Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend water, sugar and bananas until smooth and sugar is dissolved. Pour into a large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.

this punch is a very good punch, but..... it is 110% better without the banana's
