I offered this as a lighter dessert choice for a church dinner, and it was more popular than the chocolate sheet cake! I used vanilla yogurt and the juice of a meyer lemon, made it in a large baking pan instead of a trifle dish, and I did not have room for more than 2 layers of fruit, so I used strawberries and blueberries. The "pudding" from the condensed milk and yogurt makes a delicious combination with juicy fresh fruit and angel food cake. No one could believe it was low-fat!
