hard-boiled egg, chopped
fresh lemon juice, or more to taste

Great zesty and tasty recipe. I used it for my Reuben sandwiches. I just omitted the egg. Add the egg if used as a salad dressing. If you don't have chili sauce, substitute ketchup instead. And use dill pickle relish, so it won't be too sweet.
This was okay for me. I ended up adding more pickle, onion and maybe 1/4t or so of Worchestire for a bit more zip
One word, SUPURB!!! Omitted The egg tho. This will be the only way I'll make it from now on!
A great versatile dressing.
I made 1/2 the recipe. Tastes just fine but I would like a bit more tang. Next time I think I would use miracle whip or a bit more chili sauce.
We used sriracha. Delicious as a sweet potato chip dip. (No eggs) or Reuben samich !!!
