Thousand Island Dressing III

"A spicy version of Thousand Island, using chili sauce instead of ketchup. This is best if left to sit in the frig for several hours."

Original Recipe Yield 1.5 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced pimento
  • 2 tablespoons minced sweet pickle

Directions

  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, chili sauce, green pepper, pimento and pickle. Chill until ready to serve.

Couldn't see green bell pepper in this, so I substituted chopped onion and used sweet pickle...
