Recipe worked perfectly! Best sugar cookie I ever made. I used Sugar Cookie Icing recipe by JBS BOX. Everything turned out perfect. Two very simple basic recipes that work well.

Awesome sugar cookie recipe - I adjust to make 45 cookies in metric as it is easier to buy 250g blocks of butter :) I took the advice of another reader so for 45 cookies I added extra 1/2 cup of sugar and extra 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. I used confectioner's sugar and egg whites coloured to ice. Simply the most divine sugar cookies ever :) My grandson's school friends get them as different shaped treats at least once a month!

These cookies turned out like the perfect sugar cookie. The only complaint I have is that it tended to crumble when I was rolling it out.

It is best to refridgerate the dough before rolling. I tried both ways and the colder the better.
