creamy peanut butter
garlic cloves, minced

pork tenderloin - cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
I loved this and I thought I wouldn't because I don't normally like peanut sauce. This however had just a hint of peanut. So, I guess the moral of the story is, if you love peanut sauce you may want to look for a different recipe, but, if, like me, the thought of peanut butter on your pork is making you wonder, go ahead and try it. You may like it.
I didn't have any chicken, so I used 2 pounds of pork tenderloin for this. It was a LOT of meat, so next time, I'll halve the recipe. Everyone thouht the flavor was excellent, too.
