Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 pound top round steak, cubed
  • 1/2 cup bottled honey teriyaki or teriyaki marinade and sauce, divided
  • 1 large DOLE Green or Red Bell Pepper, cut into chunks

Directions

  1. Place steak in shallow non-metallic dish. Pour 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce over steak. Cover, marinate 15 minutes in refrigerator.
  2. Thread pineapple chunks, steak and bell peppers onto skewers. Brush with remaining marinade.
  3. Grill or broil 8 to 12 minutes turning and brushing occasionally with marinade during grilling. Discard any remaining marinade. Serve with rice, if desired.

I recently made this and it was wonderful. I added mushrooms and onions to the skewers.
