I've used this glaze twice now on spiral cut half-ham and each time it has come out perfectly! I use 1/3 cup orange juice instead of the juice & zest of an orange simply because it's what I have readily on hand. All the other ingredients are spot on. The flavor is so delicious! I always roast the ham in a baking bag according to the temperature & time on the instructions that come with the ham. I place the ham in the baking bag & pour half the glaze over the ham before closing up the bag & throwing it in the oven. When there is 20 min left in roasting time, I cut open the baking bag at the top, pull the bag to the sides, & leave it uncovered to glaze (two or three times) and finish roasting. Perfect every time! Thanks for this absolute keeper & no-fail glaze! :)
