Tangy Fajita Marinade

"This is the best marinade I have ever tasted. It is my mother-in-law's recipe. We love it. Marinate your meat at least four hours. This recipe makes enough for two steaks."

Original Recipe Yield 1 1/2 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions

  1. Whisk together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, lime juice, cumin, and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Marinate up to 2 pounds of meat in the marinade for at least 4 hours before using.
