It was just average for me. I followed the recipe. I prefer the Bermuda Spinach Salad on this site over this one.

I make this by frying the bacon and then stirring the dressing ingredients into the bacon fat. I omit the hard-cooked eggs, toss the spinach with the dressing and then top with the crumbled bacon and an entire diced red onion.
