Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the broccoli, peanuts, raisins and onion. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
