I made this for Thanksgiving. I omitted the orange juice per other reader's suggestions and I forgot to put the butter into the potatoes so I put it on top of the potatoes, which was a mistake! It didn't blend in. However, my family LOVED it and they were raving over it all night. Will be making this again for sure!

Yummy and sweet recipe! I will probably cut back on the brown sugar and butter next time though, and I only added 1 tbsp of the juice, but still a great recipe with minimal ingredients!
