Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless pork loin chops, cut 1/4 inch thick
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

  1. Place pork chops in a greased broiler pan. In a bowl, combine the chili sauce, honey and soy sauce. Pour over pork. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
