Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup NESTLE® CARNATION® Nonfat Dry Milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 small clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. To thicken yogurt, stretch a piece of cheesecloth over a bowl and place yogurt on top of the cheesecloth. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Let yogurt drain for several hours or overnight.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together drained yogurt and milk. Mix in green onions, blue cheese, garlic, basil, rosemary and salt. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

it was okay. a bit thick for a dip... i wouldn't drain the yogurt so that the dip would be...
