This is a great recipe to make if you are afraid of making rolls. It is very easy and almost fool proof. I make mine into normal rolls and cinnamon rolls (instead of crescents) Everyone loves them. I kneed the dough 2 or 3 times (sprinkle generously with flour first) before I roll it out. Roll thick and cut into 24 for regular rolls. For cinnamon rolls just roll the dough thin....the size of a cookie sheet...spread generously with whipped butter, then cinnamon sugar! Gently pat down sugar, roll up and cut with serrated knife. Put in oblong pan to rise. After cooked, drizzle with icing made with powdered sugar, melted butter and vanilla (and maybe a little milk) Great and versatile recipe!!
