"This recipe is easy and fast, with ingredients that we almost always have on hand. Canned tomatoes can be substituted for the fresh tomatoes. We serve this with warm bread and salad. It tastes great!"

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In a large pot with boiling salted water cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  2. In a large saucepan heat the Italian dressing and olive oil together over medium heat. Add drained spaghetti; toss well to coat. Add chopped tomatoes, chicken or turkey, and grated Parmesan cheese and toss lightly.
  3. Serve warm.
