1 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and chopped
1/2 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 fresh peaches, pitted and chopped
3 plums, pitted and chopped
2 bananas, chopped
2 oranges, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
2 fresh apricots, pitted and chopped
10 cherries, pitted and halved
15 seedless grapes
7 strawberries, chopped
Yum! Simple, but delicious! I love this kind of fruit salad when there's an abundance of fresh fruit. No honey or sugar necessary - the juice from the pineapple was enough. Only thing I omitted was the bananas.
This is by FAR the best fruit salad I have ever had! Thanks!!!
