This pie is delicious. I did make a homemade graham cracker crust. My pie held together beautifully and I made it the day before we ate it. Easy and delicious.

This would get five stars for the final outcome, which is delicious and refreshing but, in my opinion, the directions could have been better written. Be sure to use a home made crust, as store bought ones just don't have the texture and flavor. This can be changed up easily depending on what fruit/berry combinations you use. I could not find nice strawberries, so I made a mango/blueberry version which was fantastic. Everyone loved this pie.

Delicious recipe! Everyone loved it - a big hit! I gave it 4 stars though just because i added a 1/2 cup thick cream to the cheese mixture.... That made it more creamy and light and delicious..... The blend of the lemon and the lemon zest and berries was just delicious....... Easy recipe and yummy would make it again and again

YUM!!! So delicious. I made my own graham crust and put this in a 9" springform pan to make it easier to get the pieces out. After making the cream cheese mixture, I realized that I had about 4 ounces of whipped topping leftover in the fridge, so I folded that in to make it a bit lighter. It worked great. The topping is fabulous with those berries. It doesn't really get very solid, so it's a bit messy getting a pretty piece out of the pan. But if you don't care about presentation, this is a fabulous summer dessert.

I used the lower fat Neufchatel cheese. This is an easy, quick, and delicious pie.

This was delicious! I actually used left over cream icing from a carrot cake I made a couple of days ago and added the lemon zest to it. It still came out great.

The pie was definitely good, and I received compliments on it, but it didn't wow me. I used extra fresh strawberries, so I think I threw off the strawberry to cheese ratio.
