Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients. Dough will be thin.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
